EduCon 2024When I grow up, I want to be a …: Matching Personality Types with Multiple Intelligences
During this conversation, the presenter will highlight 4 personality types and the attendees will model the behavior based on its description. Following the modeling, the group will have a discussion on share which primary and secondary personality type that they exhibit and which ones they naturally gravitate towards. Then, the presenter will give an overview of 10 multiple intelligences, and the attendees will discuss what hobbies or careers match that category. Finally, the group will be given a sample story to assess how they can identify the personality and match it with a multiple intelligence.
Conversational Practice
The attendees will do a combination of conversational protocols like think-pair, think-pair-share, value line, and round-robin.
