In an effort to address various issues and allow teachers opportunity to experiment, our district created an Innovation Incubator last year. We will describe the group’s inception, the application of Design Thinking, and will share our progress. We will also explain an unintended consequence: the positive effect on teachers’ feelings of efficacy and motivation. As a group we will explore what else we can do to honor teachers’ voices.

Visual Narrative for Teachers 9:30am–12:30pm

  Join us in 605 to work with students and faculty of SLA’s CTE Digital Video program to learn how to design and manage video projects in your classes. This three-hour interactive workshop has a limit of 30 participants. Please sign up by clicking the link above.

  SLA-Center City will be open for visitors from 9am to 12:30pm. Visit classes, talk to students and teachers and meet up with EduCon friends old and new!
